Also, if you don't need the extension piece that could be easily removed, you just release the latch, and all the attachments will go right on here. Just the same as they did with the other piece. And you can use this to dust any of your surfaces. This is two in one piece you can also remove it, so if you don't need the Brussels then you can just use the direct suction for crevasses and crannies.

So this machine gives you the ability to turn off the brush and clean the hard wood floor. Once you are done cleaning, it is very easy to release and empty off the canister from any dirt and then you can just reattach it. Also,as far as maintenance goes this machine has a filtration system, you can take this filter out and wash it. It's recommended you wash it every about once every month or two depending on if you have pets.

Dyson originally claims six months but the more frequently you clean it the longer it last and a better performance you have over all.
